In the process the machines they used damage the old Driveway. They did not tell my wife who was at home or contacted me to tell me. This upset me more than the damage did. I had to text him/ email email him. He did say he would repair and seal coat the driveway. He has partially repaired the driveway, they missed one spot. He is to return in week or two and seal the Driveway. If the damage had not happen I would have given 5 stars"

"James spent all afternoon presenting the options so I could choose the products and prices I preferred. I thought the price was high but agreed it was a fair deal considering I’d already waited two years for other companies to do the work. I was surprised by how soon they were able to begin, and was kept in touch with the timeline by phone. The three fellows who came to do the work lived about four hours away, making it a very long day for them. They did spend one night in a local hotel, but then decided they’d rather be back in their own homes for the night. They worked nonstop until both a deck and a front porch were completed, the last day until about 10PM. They were very pleasant and polite. Their project manager visited and checked on the progress and completion. I wasn’t completely happy with the concrete padding, but overall so pleased to have the work done. Aside, my account went to a finance company that quoted me a different plan, and they don’t take credit cards."

"Wowza. That's what sums up my experience with Marc Michaud of Maine Coast Masonry. From start to finish, Marc was the consummate professional as well as just an overall super genuine person. I had Marc completely rebuild two entranceways to my home, as the stairs were extremely outdated. He took out the old concrete slabs and replaced them with beautiful stonework. One of the things I like best about Marc is that he's an authentic mason. Marc does things old school. He comes from a long line of masons and knows how do construct and fabricate using methodologies that work and last. I'm already looking at additional projects I want to hire him to do! He's that good."
